The Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel implements the Motivating School Program (PSP) in order to follow up on the Independent Learning policy set by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. In connection with that matter,
Assessors are prepared to assist and carry out the selection process for prospective Principals and Expert Trainers for the Motivating School Program.
Fatimah Mulya Sari, S.Pd., M.Pd., lecturer of the English Language Education Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Letters and Educational Sciences (FSIP), Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia (UTI) Best PTS Sumatra as Assessor for Batch 1 of the Driving School Program (PSP) Class II. Fatimah Mulya Sari, S.Pd., M.Pd. express gratitude and pride for having had a golden opportunity to participate in assisting the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia to realize and advance the Motivating School Program (PSP). He also did not forget to thank the Chancellor of the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia for the support given.
Before being declared as the Assessor for Batch 1 of the Driving School Program (PSP) Batch II, there were 84 prospective assessors from various universities in Indonesia who fully participated in the Targeted Selection Interview® (TSI)® training and certification and pedagogical assessment training by an independent team held gradually online starting from November 8 to November 12, 2021. The results of the training and certification were successful in screening 70 assessors who would be ready to be assigned in the selection process for prospective PAUD Principals to High Schools and Expert Trainers for the Driving School Program, Fatimah explained.
Fatimah, a Lecturer of S1 English Education, Faculty of Letters and Education, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, the Best PTS Indonesia, said that the Assessor Practice Implementation will start on November 24 – December 31, 2021 for the selection of candidates for the Principal of the School Program for Generation 2 and December 02 – 08, 2021 for the selection of Candidates. Activator School Program Expert Trainer (PSP) Batch 2.
The achievements of Fatimah, a Lecturer of FSIP at the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, the Best PTS in Sumatra, her achievements as a presenter at the International Conference (2016-2021), TSI® certification (Targeted Selection Interview®) (2021), lecturer in charge of the Permata-Sakti Program in 2020, speaker at Language Training English Personal Brigif 4 Mar/BS 2020, Chief Editor in the Journal of English Language Teaching and Learning, Reviewer at PIONEER: Journal of Language and Literature (SINTA-5), Reviewer at the International Journal of Educational Methodology in 2020. Other achievements include The grants are as follows: DRPM DIKTI Community Partnership Program (PKM) Grant 2020; Research Grants for Beginner Lecturers (PDP) DRPM DIKTI in 2018, 2019, and 2020; Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia Basic Research Grants for 2020 and 2021; Community Service Grants Topics of the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia Assisted Schools in 2021.

Mahathir Muhammad, SE., MM. conveyed that he really supports lecturers who continue to carry out activities that have a plus value for lecturers and the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.
