Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia as an educational institution is committed to providing welfare for its employees, including lecturers and education staff. As a proof of this commitment, Teknokrat Education Foundation set this on Regulation of the Chairman of the Teknokrat Education Foundation No. 5 year 2018 concerning City Minimum Wage Adjustment Income Policy and Allowances for Employees at the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia.
