In order to improve the welfare of employees at the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, it is necessary to adjust the wage setting according to a decent standard of living. Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia regulates this in the Regulation of the Chair of the Teknokrat Education Foundation Number 3 year 2018 concerning employee management regulations.
Employment Practice Unions in Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia is committed to supporting the rights of employees in association and collective bargaining. This commitment is applied to all employees of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, both lecturers and other employees. In addition, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia also supports laws and government regulations related to the right of association for teachers and lecturers as stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, and Government Regulation Number 37 of 2009 about Lecturers. The compliance of the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia with the regulation in the Regulation of the Teknokrat Education Foundation No. 003 of 2018 about employee management.
The Teknokrat Education Foundation issues Regulation Number 3 year 2018 about Employee Management. This regulation is made to ensure that all academics can carry out their respective functions so that all organs within UTI can run well.
Scholarly publications on sustainability in 2025
Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia (UTI) continues to strengthen its contributions to publications that support sustainability and green initiatives. These publications not only enrich academic knowledge but also focus on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through technological innovation, renewable energy, sustainable education, and resource management.
In 2025, as of the first reporting period, 335 publications were recorded as relevant to sustainability, green, and renewable energy. Although this number is lower than in previous years, the decrease is temporary because it only covers the first half of the year. Many publications from the second half are still in progress and awaiting official release, so the final total is expected to increase significantly. Moreover, despite the lower number of publications at the start of 2025, the quality and relevance remain high, with a strong focus on collaboration, technological innovation, and practical solutions that have a tangible impact on society and the environment.

On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: LO1 – Describe to describe the Pancasila as the major basis for character education, the history of Pancasila, the Pancasila as the state ideology and the world ideologies; LO2 – Solve to solve the social issues related to Indonesian unity, cultural interaction and Pancasila democracy; LO3 – Analyze to analyze the relationship between the Pancasila Leadership and Social Justice; LO4 – Evaluate to compose group reflections on developing science and technology with Pancasila as the ethical basis and the implementation of Pancasila; LO5 – Design to design a project related to anti-corruption.
