Lilik Ariyanto is a lecturer in the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program at the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, specializing in water resources management. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University and his doctorate from Tarumanagara University. He is a Certified Professional Engineer (PII) and holds an ASEAN Engineer (ASEAN Eng.) certification from AFEO.
He serves as an expert and resource person for the Ministry of Public Works, the Attorney General’s Office, and professional associations, contributing to planning, training, and technical capacity development in water infrastructure. He is actively involved in research, publication, and student supervision, and has developed several patented prototypes recognized by the Ministry of Law of Indonesia.
In addition, he is an accredited journal reviewer with Scopus and SINTA IDs and holds various national and international competency certifications. His teaching areas include Hydrology, Hydraulics, Research Methodology, Construction Cost Estimation, and Water Resources Management.

On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: LO1 – Describe to describe the Pancasila as the major basis for character education, the history of Pancasila, the Pancasila as the state ideology and the world ideologies; LO2 – Solve to solve the social issues related to Indonesian unity, cultural interaction and Pancasila democracy; LO3 – Analyze to analyze the relationship between the Pancasila Leadership and Social Justice; LO4 – Evaluate to compose group reflections on developing science and technology with Pancasila as the ethical basis and the implementation of Pancasila; LO5 – Design to design a project related to anti-corruption.
