Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia and Lampung Talent collaborated to hold a Teknokrat Entrepreneur Space today at the Dr. H.M. Nasrullah Yusuf Student Center at the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia.
Chief Executive, Shiwi Angelica Cindiyasari Sihono S. Akun., M.B.A., in the report said, there are three main activities in this event. The three events are Job Fair, Siger Business Sprint, and Local land. The supporting activities are Just For Fun Debate, Art Exhibition, Fashion Show, and Awarding Night.
Shiwi said that the Entrepreneur Space Teknokrat activity was carried out from 3-7 September 2022.
She said the committee also invited 50 companies to enliven the event. In addition, there will also be 200 participants who will be given business mentoring by successful businessmen in their respective fields.
Ms. Shiwi said, there were 3 Art Exhibition exhibitions, 8 debate teams, and 4 designers who also enlivened the event.
Ms. Shiwi said that this event opens opportunities for job seekers to convince the company they are applying to. The main goal, of course, is to absorb as many educated workers as possible into companies in need.
In addition, providing a briefing to job seekers so that they can be responsible and professional in carrying out their work activities.
Ms. Shiwi said this event also facilitates companies to get reliable workers. In addition, there is a good career development process for job seekers who take part in this grand event.
She said that in the Local Land concept there are several micros, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs in Lampung that will also participate. They together with other companies opened a booth in the large room of the Dr. H.M. Nasrullah Yusuf Student Center.
Ms. Shiwi hopes that this event can be maximized by all parties for the progress of Lampung. In addition to absorbing workers, it also forms workers who have good careers and are professional in carrying out their work activities.
Representative of Lampung Talent, Fithra Aulia, in her speech said that his party is happy to be working with many companies and Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia in holding this event. Her party has also invited many reliable young businessmen to become mentors for those who want to become successful entrepreneurs.
Ms. Fithra explained that this event is expected to be the beginning of the collaboration of many parties so that Lampung can produce successful workers and businessmen in their respective fields.
Meanwhile, the Rector of the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, Dr. H.M. Nasrullah Yusuf, S.E., M.B.A, in his remarks read by the Vice-Rector for Student and Alumni Affairs, Muhammad Najib Dwi Satria S. Kom., M.T. said the campus was proud to be able to hold this big event.
Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, he said, always contributes to improving the quality of human resources in Lampung.
He also expressed his highest appreciation for the presence of all parties in the success of the Teknokrat Entrepreneur Space this time.
The Rector also said that this event will also trigger students’ motivation to prepare themselves to enter the world of work after graduation.
