Rector Dr. HM Nasrullah Yusuf, SE., MBA. give a welcome. The rector was grateful that after two years the campus could hold halal bihalal again. Even during Ramadan, students and lecturers can hold tarawih prayers in the congregation at the Asmaul Yusuf Mosque on the local campus.
The Rector said the campus apologized to all. He apologized if there had been a mistake in leading the campus.
The rector explained that the pandemic changed the way we communicate and the way we learn. If before the pandemic, meetings had to be held face-to-face, now they are turned into virtual forms.
The Rector said, if in the past you had to hold meetings in many cities, now it is enough with Zoom that meetings can be done. He even had virtual meetings five times a week.
The Rector also explained, that amid a pandemic situation, the rank of Teknokrat through Webometrics and Unirank skyrocketed. In fact, beyond the state campus. Now Teknokrat, said the Rector, is the best private university in ASEAN.
Nasrullah said this achievement was a gift amid a pandemic. He was even surprised in the field of research, this campus is the best in ASEAN.
Nasrullah also emphasized to students to always study democracy properly. In addition, increasing social activities because there are still many residents who must be helped.
Nasrullah explained that future campus research performance must be encouraged. This is what makes Teknokrat able to enter the ranks of the campus elite in terms of research.
Nasrullah invites all introspection, whether after this Ramadan it will be better or not. He also conducts self-criticism so that in the future he will be able to lead better Teknokrat.
Nasrullah wants the performance of lecturers and students to be at the same level as ASEAN. This must be supported by behavior, speech, dress, attitude, and actions that are at the same level as ASEAN.
