ASEAN’s best private university, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, carried out Community Service at SMK N 1 Natar, South Lampung, which was held on Thursday, March 18, 2022.
Computer Accounting Training Using Accurate Applications to Improve Student Competence at SMK N 1 Natar, South Lampung.
This community service (PKM) activity was carried out by providing accurate Accounting Computer training materials provided by Lecturers and Students of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia and attended by the Principal Mr. IWP Adi Gunawan, S.Pd, and some teachers, namely Ms. Komsiyanah, S.E., Setiowati, S.Pd., Rizka Yosafita, S.E. and Warsono, S.E, M, Si. as well as training participants as many as 51 students.
The PKM team of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia Champion’s green campus was chaired by Suaidah, M.Kom, together with other members, namely Lathifah, S.T., M.Kom., Rahmad Dedi Gunawan, S.Kom., M.Kom. and Muhtad Fadly, S.E., M.B.A., M.S.Ak., Akt, they are lecturers at Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. In this activity, the lecturers were accompanied by students from the D3 Accounting Information Systems study program, S1 Informatics, and S1 Information systems, including Rika Mersita, Mico Fahrizal, and Rido Febryansyah. They are outstanding students who are prepared to become cadres in PKM and other activities.
This training aims to provide insight and improve student competence. In this activity, Lecturers and students of the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, A Green Campus, have carried out computer accounting training using an accurate application provided by Suaidah, M.Kom.
In this training, teachers and students are very enthusiastic because the application has many benefits, besides being for the benefit of the school, it can also help students in recording data and accounting reports automatically. “One of the advantages of the accurate application is that it makes it easier for teachers and students to do work such as create, edit, and accounting reports. The accurate application is also equipped with an e-invoice feature that makes it easier for teachers and students to make annual tax reports so that it is more practical,” said Suaidah.
The collaboration between Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia and SMKN 1 Natar, South Lampung, is expected to improve the abilities of lecturers and teachers, both in the field of community service, and improve teacher competence with national and international standards.
Principal Mr. IWP Adi Gunawan, S.Pd welcomes and hopes that this collaboration can continue to be improved thank you to Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia which has helped open the horizons of the students of SMK N 1 Natar South Lampung, closed the principal.
Vice-Rector of the Indonesian Technocrat University Dr. H. Mahathir Muhammad, SE., MM., conveyed that Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia has a superior program, namely Community Service for Schools, hopefully with this program Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia can help schools, especially in Lampung. On this occasion, Mr. Mahathir also strongly supports the improvement of student competencies so that they are better prepared to continue their education to a higher level. (Teknokrat)
