ASEAN’ Best private university, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, held a community service (PKM) at MAS BAITUSSALAM MIFTAHUL JANNAH Central Lampung on Thursday, March 31, 2022.
The PKM activity was attended by the Head Master of MAS BAITUSSALAM MIFTAHUL JANNAH, JUMARIYANTO, M.Pd. who in his speech thanked the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia for fostering our school, especially the teachers and students. With the assisted schools with an activity program in the form of training on several information technologies to prepare the nation’s successors, namely students who will later be ready to face the world globally, don’t waste this training opportunity, said Mr. JUMARIYANTO, M.Pd. The PKM team at the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, the Champion of Green Campus, was chaired by Novia Utami Putri, M. T. along with other members, namely Qadhli Jafar Adrian, MIT, Jaka Persada Sembiring, M.Cs, Dian Pratiwi, M. Eng. and Akhmad Jayadi, M.Cs, In this activity, the lecturers were accompanied by electrical engineering and civil engineering students including I Wayan Sudana, Fajar Anggit, Okky Adi Darmawan, Wayan Rio Adi Pratama, Fresti and Cindy Rahma Dwi Jayanti. They are outstanding students who are prepared to become cadres in PKM and other activities.
This training aims to provide insight and understanding of the importance of information technology in the current era of globalization, especially in everyday life. especially students need to gain insight and knowledge in the electrical field, especially about home security systems and their implementation. Therefore, the students of MAS BAITUSSALAM MIFTAHUL JANNAH can implement a home security system (doorlock) in various aspects because in this pandemic era the crime rate is getting higher, especially in house security.
In this activity, Lecturers and students of the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, the green campus, have conducted Doorlock training given by Novia Utami Putri, M.T., in this training students are very enthusiastic because with Doorlock training we can know and make a house door security system. The door lock system will work automatically using the password that has been created on the keypad, when we press the number keys on the keypad, namely our password, the information will automatically be conveyed to the NodeMCU that we have programmed. Then it will move to the relay and from the relay, it will be processed to the electric door lock. Then the door will open automatically, so the house will be safe from the dangers of thieves, said Novia.
In the collaboration between the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia and MAS BAITUSSALAM MIFTAHUL JANNAH, it is hoped that it can improve the abilities of lecturers and teachers, both in the field of community service, and increase teacher competence with national and international standards; cooperation between the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia and MAS BAITUSSALAM MIFTAHUL JANNAH is expected to improve the ability of lecturers and teachers, both in the field of community service and increasing teacher competence with national and international standards.
