The Best PTS Sumatran Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia once again conducted Community Service (PKM) with the assisted village scheme. PKM activities were held in Bandarsari Village, Padangratu District, Central Lampung Regency
on Thursday, November 18, 2021. This activity was attended by the Head of Bandarsari Village, namely Raden Bagus Aribowo and the Secretary of Sobri Village, along with all village staff / apparatus.
The PKM Team from the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia who was deployed in this activity was Andi Nurkholis, M.Kom. as Chair of PKM assisted by other Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia lecturers, including Jupriyadi, S.Kom., MT, Arief Budiman, S.Kom., M.Cs, Donaya Pasha, M.Kom, Adi Sucipto, S.Kom. , MT In the PKM activity, three students from the Information Technology Undergraduate Program at the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia participated in a team, namely Elin Gusbriana, Hironimus Edit Kristanto, and Zahrina Amalia.
In this PKM activity, the development and application of two Science and Technology (IPTEK) can be accessed on the website/website via the link http://www.bandarsari.id, in the form of: 1) Bandarsari Village Profile Information System which is used to increase effectiveness in managing data and information in Bandasari Village, Padangratu District, Central Lampung Regency. This system provides information and village activities so that it can be consumed by the public, not only residents of the village of Bandarsari, but can be accessed by anyone so that it can add to the good image of the village. Not only to support the mobility of citizens, it also makes it easier for villages to socialize village programs and community services. With the profile information system, it will make it easier for the public to access information quickly and accurately;
2) The Mail Administration Service Information System is used to facilitate the public in submitting letters in Bandarsari Village, Padangratu District, Central Lampung Regency. This system provides electronic mail administration services. People who need certain letters do not have to go back and forth to the village office to get the letters they need. This can be done by using a mobile phone so that it is only once to come to the village office when picking up a letter. With the mail administration service information system, it is hoped that it can minimize errors that can occur in making letters and reports and can also maximize the service performance of the Bandarsari Village Office, Padangratu District, Central Lampung Regency.
In general, this PKM activity aims to digitize information and administrative services in Bandarsari Village, Padangratu District, Central Lampung Regency, so that information and village activities can be accessed easily. In addition, the application of the system is expected to help the performance of the Bandarsari Village Government, Padangratu District, Central Lampung Regency to be more efficient in managing village administration and governance.
Raden Bagus Aribowo as the Head of Bandarsari Village, Padangratu District, Central Lampung Regency, thanked the PKM Team at the Universtias Teknokrat Indonesia and said “We feel very helpful with the digitization of mail administration services and village profile information systems, so that people can know about village programs and developments, as well as facilitating the submission of mail services for the people of Bandarsari Village, Padangratu District, Central Lampung Regency “.
It was also conveyed by Ahmad Ari Aldino, S.Si., M.Sc., Head of the Institute for Research and Community Service, explaining that lecturers and students who are assigned to each community service are the best students. He said, before going to the community, all were provided with adequate knowledge and information regarding the situation and conditions at the location where Community Service was held. Aldino also said that village officials were also given knowledge to be able to use information technology to facilitate services to residents. In addition, many administrative matters have been made more effective and efficient by utilizing advances in information technology.

With this dedication, lecturers and students can do concrete things for the environment.
